Our shipping and return policy:
When checking out on our web site's shopping cart, you'll notice that it will always default to UPS ground. There are many different shipping options including those for international shoppers. Just use the pull down menu to make your selection. All shipping rates are based on actual shipping cost plus $2.00 additional for handling. Returns may be made on unused and unopened products/supplies for store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds unless there is a mistake on our end.

Paper checks submitted for payment for Green Girl Basics products and services will be electronically processed via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system due to New Check 21 Procedures. If you would like to opt out of this process, we must be notified, otherwise paper checks will be processed electronically. There is a charge of 25.00 for returned checks.

All in stock orders will be shipped within two to five business days. Orders placed through our shopping cart with credit card or electronic check are automatically processed upon check out.  If your order includes out of stock items, your order will be held until all products are available for shipment. You are encouraged to place two separate orders if you need the in stock items quickly and do not wish to wait for the out of stock items to arrive. Otherwise, your order will be held and a complete order will be sent as soon as possible. Thanks you so much for your business - we truly appreciate it.
